Registering for a permanent

  1. Choose a route from the choices below.
  2. Send me E-mail to receive a registration/waiver for the perm. You will need to complete registration 7-10 days before your planned ride.
  3. Fill out the registration, sign the waiver, scan, and email the form back to me.
    Note:The fee for each perm is $5.
  4. I will email you a card. You can print your own card. Plain paper is fine, recycled paper... even better.
  5. Ride your perm on the designated date and time. Contact me if you have issues.
  6. Complete your card and send it to me within 10 days. Follow the instructions below for submitting your card. Please do not stuff everything into an envelope and ask me to sort it out.

No refunds. No do overs. You can ride another day only in the case of severe and dangerous weather conditions. Snow, black ice, hurricanes. Contact me to reschedule.
Contact me if you DNS or DNF a permanent, I still have to report this properly to RUSA.

Submitting card and receipts after the permanent

  1. Sort receipts in order of the control.
  2. Circle the times on receipts.
  3. Staple or clip receipts to the card.
  4. Enter the receipt control times on your card.
  5. Look up and entering your RUSA number
  6. Sign your card
