Oregon 2006 Brevet Series
These dates are submitted as Audax Club Parisian and RUSA sanctioned events.
Scheduling does not conflict with current
SIR 2006 brevet series.
We are providing a greatly expanded offering of brevets in 2006. Ride organizers Susan France and John Kramer did a vast amount of riding to develop a completely new series of routes spanning Oregon environments from the coast, through the coastal range, Willamette Valley, Cascades into the high desert of eastern Oregon.
For a relaxed randonneur there are alternating 200 and 300 brevets each month for the entire season. For a rider seeking to ride a full brevet series a start in early April, late May or even late July is feasible. The truly ambitious (crazed?) can ride two full brevet series.
As the season progresses we will also add 100k populaires and 200K brevets to explore new areas.
